Philip Haas & Sohne  Located at St. Georgen - Black Forest Germany

Norbert,  Haas &  Soehne (Sons)  Company founded by Philipp Haas in
1867.  Karl Haas secured a world wide market of the "HAAS" clocks,
especially high quality cuckoo clocks.  In 1898 the sons took over,
so the Haas enterprise was managed by the 4th generation.  The
company was dissolved in the year 1920.

There is no mention of a buy out or if any company purchasing the
assets.
