Fattorini & Son, Bradford-Yorkshire, England Antonio Fattorini, Settled in England after the Battle of Waterloo in 1915. Two separate businesses emerged. One in 1827, the other in 1831, which to this day operate independently of the other: Thomas Fattorini (Skipton) Ltd., and Fattorini's sons in Bradford. Both manufacture alarm clocks. T. Fattorini made "Bugler Alarm" clock, which was 14-day windup. Fattorini & Son made "Automatic Caller" Bugler Alarm, patent filed in 1892. Clocks were advertised as "made in England" the Bugler bore cross arrow of HAU (Germany), the Automatic Caller appears to have an American movement. Both movements were made in 8-day and 14-day alarm clocks, with bell and gong at the same time.
